Hi
They both use the PCI-E slot but the 430 is phyisically bigger in size, so check you have enough space in your case. Also, I'm pretty sure it requires a 6 and 8 pin power supply. If you don't have an 8 pin (Some PSU's have an additional 2 pin next to the 6 pin, so that you can combine them) you can buy an adaptor to convert your 6 pin to an 8 pin.

can you chec kplease to see if it has 8 pins
also were my graphic card is going to the power supply it has 6 wire going into and there is 2 more holes that have no wire going into it

Hi
Your PSU only has 2 x 6 pin power supplies for a PCI-E card. You will need to buy an adaptor - 6 To 8 Pin PCI-E Adapter - PC Power & Cooling
Your grapics card won't perform correctly without this.

Sorry, no.
The link Wicca gave stated that the PSU has a 6 pin PCI-E Plus a 6+2 pin one (usable as either 6 or 8 pin). That'll cover any current graphics card at 300W or less. (Some dual GPU cards use two 8 pin PCI-E power connectors, but I doubt that Wicca is in the market for one of those.)
