Windows 7: What would be the best video card for my CPU ?

I currently have this system :

Asus P5E3 Pro
Q9550 Stock speed (recently replaced a good old Q6600).
4 gig DDR3 1600mhz (running at 1333 stock speed) (yes ddr3 !!)

I want to replace this :

GTX 260 XFX Black Edition (factory OC + 216 cores)

What would be the best card for me so that it does not bottleneck on my system and give me the chance the coming Battlefield 3 with nice graphs.

I don't for see any bottlenecking in your future with pretty much whichever card you go with.
So like in many of these threads it comes down to how much you want to spend, what is available to you, and of course the PSU which doesn't seem to be an issue here.
I run basically the same card and am looking to upgrade to the gtx460 myself.

On lot of forums I surfed I see that people are saying anthing over a gtx 460 would bottleneck... clue anyone ?

I've lost the track with graphics card. I thought I was invincible with this GTX 260 xfx black edition. Still beat every game I throw at it at max settings. (1600x1050)

But this card will not give me the chance to fully exploit my current system with Battlefield 3.

I would get the card I want....if by chance you do bottleneck that can be dealt with later.....much better than being stuck with a weak card, that can't do what you want.

Yes but registering gives a double lifetime warranty if you sell.....
