Problems playing games with NVIDIA 9500GT

    Guys,

I recently changed my os to WIN7 x 64 I was upgrading my motherboards/ram & cpu but didn't do the graphics as Im not a huge gamer. Sibe I have done this not one game other than those built in will run for long. I get about 5mins in then a crash and the message games has stopped working. I have chopped anmd changed drivers umpteem times but to no avail. I have a phenom ii x 4 3.2ghz, 4x 1600mhz kingston ram, 500w PSU and the card as stated is an Asus 9500gt 1gb ram. Can anyone tell me what could be causing the problem and how I identify for sure what it is. The games I am trying to play are F.E.A.R 3 and hunted the demons forge.

    tx in advance

Download and install this display driver.
Note: use custom install, and uncheck HD audio driver, if possible check 'perform clean install'.

Thats ok, the first is needed now, but you can install the others if you feels them necessary.
    I don't recommend nvidia update...

Tried it there a couple of time seems a little better but this time rather than going all pixelly and freezing it just cuts of and goes back to windows, but still there after a minute or two.
