    FPS problem on Win7

Recently upgraded from XP to Windows 7, and now I can't play videos in 1080p nor Original quality. On XP I had 30 fps stable, now I get 10-15fps, what could be the cause of this?

My graphics card is a Geforce 9600GT, I use the windows classic theme to avoid more ram use.

Here's a little printscreen of the problem. Believe me on fullscreen it's a tad worse.

Maybe I've disabled some service or something like that and it's causing me fps drops? I've tweaked and stopped unnecessary services but I don't think that it would affect the graphic card performance...

    Please reply.

    Regards.

Okay, obvious question first...have you downloaded the latest 64 bit driver from the manufactures site?

I did download the latest one, even downgraded to the previous to see if it made any difference...

Back to XP and videos in 1080p and original work flawlessly now.
