Latest AMD Catalyst Video Driver for Windows 7

    i wont install anything i will leave what i have all is working fine. this is my card HD 5550 550M 1GB DDR2 HDMI DVI VGA PCI-E

    You may get them from XFX, but they are exactly the same as the one from AMD. At best XFX will mod the INF show that it shows their name alongside AMD's, either during the install or when you open CCC.

    And yes the 10.11 released today is the same as the driver that showed up through Windows Update last week, so if you installed that one you don't need today's unless you want the updated CCC and HDMI Audio driver to go with it; as well as if you have an AMD based motherboard, updated (if you haven't before) AHCI/RAID/etc chipset drivers,

    thanks for the information i installed the windows update last week so i will leave what i have got it works ok so wait for 10.12

    Just a question, do that AHCI drivers gave you any issues somehow earlier or in earlier versions? I had one from Acer site (Catalist suite that they use) and I had SEVERE issues with the OS (Windows 7 x64), I had to wipe my HDD and reinstall without that driver installed...

    Another question could be if the generic AHCI driver that this catalyst suits have will work with my specific laptop model...
