Is this a laptop or desktop computer? If it's a laptop, you'll need to go to the manufacturer and get the video card drivers. If it's a PC, you should be able to go here - Graphics Drivers & Software, find the drivers you need and update.

It would also help you, as well as us if you gave us a little more info??? What version of Windows 7 32 or 64-bit? What video card do you have? 4200 says 4000 series. Which card in the 4000 series range? Example 4850?

    Thanks

So, I did went on the Hp website to update all my drivers and it updated my graphic card to 8.635. So I guess I have to update it with Hp and not with AMD.

    Thanks.

Yeah, notebooks/laptops are a different breed of driver requirements.

Happy to hear you got it resolved.

I guess HP is now starting to get touchy on things like Dell has been even with driver updates. You have to go back to them for their ATI or NVidia drivers rather then the chip manufacturer's own support site.

For expansion cards of custom desktops I simply go through AMD there or at the NVidia site and simply allow the installer to uninstall the old to be replaced by the newer.

Seems that the 10.5 drivers screw up PowerPlay when you overclock. When you o/c you will see that your minimum core speed is 400 (on my 5870) and your memory speed is always the maximum even in 2D. Of course your GPU temps will go up even when idling in 2D.

Only if you do not overclock will you get the normal PowerPlay speeds. Playing around with Profiles doesn't help either.

Hmmm.... I wonder what ATI would say about that complaint :)
