If you're using a Nvidia graphics card, you don't need the Catalyst Control Center, which is for AMD/ATI cards, not a Nvidia one.
If you're sure you're using a Nvidia card, then you could probably uninstall the Catalyst Control Center in Control Panel-Programs and Features. That is, if it's listed in there.
Ohh wait, I had a built-in ATI card when I bought this PC, and just bought this new NVIDIA card a few days ago, and since then the message has been showing up.
Don't see the Control Center listed in there, only the Setup Manager.=/

Well, you're running off your Nvidia card right now?
The ATI Catalyst Install Manager? Or similar you see in Programs and Features, right?
Click on that, click Next, then just do Express uninstall. Might have to reboot after running that.
Then make sure your Nvidia card drivers are updated.

Virtually 2 years unopposed lead on hardware - yet consistently can't get their drivers sorted! Maybe they should employ another programmer and 'double' the workforce!
They had a real chance of getting miles ahead of Nvidia. Is it because they chose to layer their Cat/other drivers over the M/soft .net framework & it's all too complicated?

2. Go to Control Panel>User Accounts and select the 'aspnet_wp ASP.NET Machine Account' (or similar), then choose to Delete it. This account is only necessary if you do software development work using the .NET Framework. Alternatively you can delete this account by going to Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Local Users & Groups>Users and disabling the ASPNET account. Should you ever need to recreate this account, go to your .NET folder (usually \WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\[versionnumber]\) and run the aspnet_regiis.exe file.
