issues between nvidia 450 GTS and Win 7 Home

Ok I recently made a new build with the follow:

Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz quad core
Western Digital Caviar Green 500GB
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB)
MSI Nvidia GeForce GTS 450
MSI P67A-G45 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67
Win 7 Home Premium OEM sp1

Ok so you know what i got, and yes i know i should of but caviar black but hey the green was cheap, and the MSI Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 graphics card drivers will not work with my system. I think that it is Win 7 cause if i install it in my old desktop it works like a dream and it is running Win XP SP3, and there is no problems at all and I just completed a duel boot with a second hard drive on above system and running xp on it as well and it works fine with it. Any ideas how to make it work? If need more info just post
