    What about GeForce 9500GT 512mb 128bits?

I will install Windows 7 here but I dont have money to buy an powerfull videocard, so I take a look at these low profile video cards and im thinking in getting this one.

What can You tell me about GeForce 9500GT 512mb 128bits GDDR2?

And what is the best choise: fan or dissipator?

Sorry about my english, im brazilian and dont speak in english very well.

    Não falo português.

The fan will cool better, but is subject to failure and creates additional noise. The fan is pointless if the case does not have proper airflow. Well designed case airflow will emulate a fan on the dissipator.

If you do not stress the graphics card, it makes little difference.

I have used 9500GT cards in 3 different machines. I have not done any gaming in the past and these cards have been great! I have used the DDR2 and DDR3 versions. Mine have all come with fans. The 9500GT is not a gaming card but will be fine for just about anything else. I recommend it highly if you can get one for 50-75 US dollars. Don't pay any more than that.

If I wanna play some games in middle profile, is this card goes to do the job? Or it just fails?

I dont care about best grafics. I like performance and grafics like playstation 2.

In this case, does this video card do the job or not?

    your English is fine......

if you wanna attempt any sort of gaming i'd at least shoot for the 9600GT, but it does require additional power..

the 9500GT will no doubt run newer games on the lowest settings, while pretty GFX & shaders may not interest you, your gonna want playable frame-rates at least..

i'd spend a little more..... it will be worth it.

    Yeah, thanks for helping.

Well, what can you tell me about these two cards: XFX GeForce 9500GT (the same at the topic) and the Zogis GeForce 9500GT (the same here too). What is the best choise?

They should both be "about" the same. Go with the most popular and get DDR3 if possible but even that will not make much difference. I am no expert however. If Skunksmash tells you anything......do it. He is very knowledgeable.
