    Physx on cpu

Hi guys, I have arkham asylum game but I have an ati graphic card so I can't play the game with the physx effects. Is there anyway to make the cpu to enable the physx effects. I have an i3 2.9 ghz. I have only one pcie slot. Anyway to add a pci card with physx capability?

Short answer ....no....Physx is a Nivida technology...there are some OLD drivers that would let you use a secondary Nivida card with a ATI main card for Physx, but I haven't heard about any thing recent.....

Check my previous post almost a year ago:
Can I rig a my x58 to use Nvidia AND ATI?

    This is what you need:
    Hybrid PhysX mod v1.03 / v1.04ff

It's possible to force the CPU for Physx, but it's simply not worth it. I tried it when I had ATI and the performance hit is huge. (Overall, it will make your game unplayable)

And it's only worth considering a gtx 260+ for dedicated physx. There's nothing available for PCI and the pcie 1.0 slot
