Hi and welcome to the forum.

Have you tried the NVIDIA auto driver update:

    Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

I can't see a 440MX listed but this should identify the correct driver.

You're not going to find a good one. There is not now and never will be a Windows 7 river for that card as it is just to old and any and all support for it was dropped a long time ago. The best you're going to get is the last XP driver from 2006,

    ForceWare Windows XP/2000 32-bit

and probably have to use compatibility mode to get it to install,

Not sure what you're expecting to get out of that card as it is just far too old to to have any Windows 7 support at all. No matter what driver you think you may find other than an XP driver, nothing will help it with Windows 7. No Aero as the card lacks any and all hardware on the card to support it. Aero and any features from Windows 7 require at a minimum a DirectX 9 card, and that old Geforce 4 is DirectX 7.

and not with win 7 64 bit !
it was juste to try win64 with my cpu amd 3200 64, and that woks very good more than with win7 32bit

You can give this a try.

    1. Download the NVIDIA driver version 270.61 for Windows 7 64-bit from the link.

    Drivers | laptopvideo2go.com

    2. Extract the driver to a temporary folder.
    3. Download the modified INF file from the same page you downloaded the driver. Save the INF file to the same temporary folder you extracted the drivers to.
    4. Answer "yes" when prompted to replace the file.
    5. Run setup.exe from the temporary folder.
