Radeon HD 3200 video playback problem

    Hi,
i use a Gigabyte board with an on board HD 3200 Radeon. I am currently using Win XP 32-bit and everything works smoothly with the new catalyst driver.
Now i am additionaly installing 64 Bit Windows 7 RTM. But there i archive a problem when playing back a video file with the WMP. I use the newest 9.7 Catalyst and the following problem exists:
I use a dual monitor setup (DVI -> Samsung TFT and VGA -> Sony CRT Monitor). When i play back a video on the TFT all is good. When i move the video window or start the video on the second (CRT) Monitor the playback gets choppy (without increase in CPU usage).
When i use ONLY the CRT everything works fine. The choppy playback only happens when the CRT is in dual setup (as secondary or primary monitor).
I tried many older ATI Versions but they all show the same behavior. Installing teh 32 bit version of Win 7 is not an option.
Is the bug known ? Anyone has an idea how to fix that ?
If needed i can provide more information about my system.
    Thanks for your help.
    Greetings,
    MrNike

I've read the release notes for Catalyst 9.7, and they resolved a number of issues regarding multiple displays...and still have a couple outstanding to be resolved.

However your issue isnt listed specifically. I would report it to ATI incase there is a driver problem causing it. I have a Radeon 3870 running Catalyst 9.7 in a Dual LCD environment (Win 7 - Build 7201 x64) and do not experience your issue when i use WMP on either display...Regardless whether i move it while its playing or not.
