    PhysX on GT220 not detected

    Hi guys!

I just recently bought my system with this Forsa GT220 video card (1GB DDR3 128bit). The packaging says its PhysX-ready, I also checked nVidia site and it says GT220's are capable of PhysX.

However, I look into the nVidia control panel and I don't see any menu for the PhysX under 3D settings. I also ran GPU-Z and PHysX is unchecked. I'm already using latest drivers, I have also installed PhysX separately but still the same thing.

I ran FluidMark which is supposed to test PhysX and it's really slow, benchmark only gives a score of 20. However, I played Mafia 2 with APEX set to high and I can clearly see PhysX working. What could be the problem here?

BTW, I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit, AMD X2 255 and 4GB DDR3. I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks guys!

I have PhysX on my GT220. I haven't bench marked it or anything but "Set PhysX configuration" shows up in the NVIDIA control panel under 3D settings. NVIDIA PhysX System Software 9.10.0514 shows up as installed in Control Panel > Programs and Features too. I had un-installed it and manually re-installed it from 280.26 driver package. There was nothing wrong with it, its just that Medal of Honor Airborne won't install for some reason if another (newer) version of PhysX is already installed?

Try another version version of driver except the 280.26. If it works than we can say that there is an issue with 280.26.

You can get the drivers archive when you click on the link.
