This problem is not game related. Because I have the screen resolution problem with everything, even when im just staring at the desktop. The only program that has a normal resolution has been World of Goo.
My graphical card is a realy good one, so I doubt I need a new one.

This problem only started when I installed CCC, and I believe I can solve the problem in CCC, if only it would open.

In that case, the only other constructive suggestion I've got is to uninstall CCC, and then go into device manager and delete your graphics card.

Reboot your computer, Windows should detect your graphics card, after which you can just re-install your ATI driver using the custom option, which should let you choose just the driver without rest of the CCC software.

I'm assuming of course you have already downloaded and save the ATI driver?

What do you exaclty meen with I have already downloaded the ATI driver.

Also, deleting my graphical cards, because I have 2, wont give me problems at all?
It will just fix itself when starting up again?

You need at least .NET Framework 2.0 installed. Windows 7 should have that installed already. Take a look in C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework, there should be a numbered folder for each framework e.g. 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 etc.
