CCC or AMD Vision on a full AMD system (CPU and video card),
you go to the AMD site look your card up and get the correct driver
If that laptop uses switchable graphics between the Intel integrated (integrated into the CPU) and the AMD GPU, then the drivers
directly from AMD will not work. First they will not install as the DevID for it isn't in the driver files. Second even if you somehow manage to get them to install the switchable graphics will no longer work, as they haven't been modified (by Dell) to work in conjunction with the Intel graphics driver.
Now with all that said fully agree with Solar in that there will be little to no gain from overclocking it, and you will have to contend with increased heat/etc.
