No point in OC'ing a Mobility Gpu ,you won't see much gains and it will only produce more heat for the unit

You are better off leaving it where it is ,If you really want to use the CCC you have to look up what version is compadible with your current make on your laptop

Not all CCC will work the same Laptops have some limits ,Im sure someone else will throw info on that out there as well

CCC is the AMD program with overdrive on it you can use it ,But you have to get the AMD drivers CCC program that will work for your mobility card

you go to the AMD site look your card up and get the correct driver

As for overclocking the card itself wont be much of a benefit because lack of air and heating issues you would be doing more damage then good

If you had a desktop with a decent video card that would be no issue

This is tottaly up to you though if you want to or not just giving you advice like others would about a laptop gpu

CCC or AMD Vision on a full AMD system (CPU and video card),

If that laptop uses switchable graphics between the Intel integrated (integrated into the CPU) and the AMD GPU, then the drivers directly from AMD will not work. First they will not install as the DevID for it isn't in the driver files. Second even if you somehow manage to get them to install the switchable graphics will no longer work, as they haven't been modified (by Dell) to work in conjunction with the Intel graphics driver.

Now with all that said fully agree with Solar in that there will be little to no gain from overclocking it, and you will have to contend with increased heat/etc.
