Tried new cable? Fiddled around with the options in the control panel? Left nvvsvc.exe and nvxdsync.exe alone?Latest drivers? Not sitting too close to the TV? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom OS 7 ultimate x64 CPU i7 920 @ 3.5ghz Motherboard P6t Deluxe Memory 6gb corsair dominator Graphics Card Gigabyte Geforce GTX 460 1GB SLI Sound Card onboard Monitor(s) Displays samsung BX2450 Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Logitech Classic Keyboard Mouse Logitech G500 PSU corsair tx750 Case CM HAF 922 Cooling coolermaster V8 + standard case fans Hard Drives Seagate 7200.11 1Tb; WD green EADS 1TB Internet Speed 256k :P |

Everything is set to 1080p. Tried connecting with HDMI - DVI cable to DVI port on card. Same exact results.

I think you must buy a GOLD PLATED HDMI cable, some say it has a better signal | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Professional 32bit CPU Intel Pentium Dual Core E5700 3.0Ghz x2 Motherboard Asus P5G-MX Memory 3 GB DDR2 Memory Graphics Card Ati Radeon HD 5570 Sound Card Realtek HD Audio Monitor(s) Displays LG L177WSB Screen Resolution 1440x900 PSU 500W Hard Drives WD3200AAKS-320GB

Is ClearType Text turned on, and have you tuned it?
To get to this feature, in the Start Search Box type ClearType, and select "Adjust ClearType text".

It's not an issue with the HDMI cable, you could use the same cable with anything and it'll be clear, the issue is that the screen is out of phase with the refresh rate of the PC, simple fix is to play about with the resolution settings within the nvidia control panel and see what yields the best results for you, another way is to lower the resolution and scale it up with the onboard scaling options on your PC | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Build OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 CPU Intel Q6600 @ 2.6Ghz Motherboard Evga NF78-CK-132-A 3-Way SLI Memory 4Gb DDR2 Corsair Dominator @ 800Mhz 5-5-5-15 Graphics Card EVGA 560 GTX SC FTW 1GB Sound Card Realtek HD 7.1 Audio, Plantronics GameCom780 7.1 Headset Monitor(s) Displays Dell S2409W 16:9, HDMi, DVI & VGA Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 Keyboard Logitech generic keyboard Mouse Razor Lachesis Banshee V2 Blue, 4000DPI PSU Xigmatek 750W Quad sli quad core 80% eff Case Antec 900 Gaming Case Cooling Zalman CNPS9700-NT NVIDIA Tritium Hard Drives Samsung 7200rpm 250Gb SATA
