Serious pc problem (at least for me) Nvidia 7100 GS 256mb

I have a serious PC problem. Pc specs are:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 OC from 2.13 to 3.7 GHz,
4gb ddr2 800Mhz memory,
Nvidia 7100 GS 256mb Pci-e x 16 graphics card.
Windows Vista Ultimate 32/64 bit and Windows Seven 32/64 bit on a quad boot.

I have recently replaced the card with an Nvidia 1gb 9600GT OC, and the drivers installed correctly, but I have to use the onboard video, and i get no signal from the card, the system recognizes it in device manager, but it doesnt work, did I do something wring with the install? HELP!

Welcome Pleez.. to the windows 7 forums.

Have you been into bios and setup the pci-e options?
you might want to make sure that you looked at the data sheets
on your motherboard.
Intel® Desktop Board DG965RY desktop board dg965ry

Also, make sure that you installed the correct drivers for your ver of windows
and board.

What does this have to do with Browsers & Mail? You've posted in the wrong section.

1st rule of overclocking - if you get problems always revert to standard timings. Sort problem then re-apply the overclock.

2.13 to 3.7? A bit risky.

The "safe" oc for the specific cpu is 3.2.

Please set everything back to factory defaults.

Risky OC

Yes i know 3.4 GHz is the "Maximum Speed" but I am Using an oversped CPU fan (12v upped to 24v), anyway, its not the OC on the card, because it is factory OC'ed, and the drivers all installed correctly. it has to be something with the drivers.
