Looking for compatible video card for my Inspiron 570

I have a Dell Inspiron 570 with the integrated video. I'm looking to upgrade the video card and I'm unsure what type of PCI-E card version that I need. I do know the motherboard is model 04GJJT. Can someone help me? I looking at 1 of 2 different cards to use depending on if my board is compatible.

both should fit, but you need to check that your psu is powerful enough to run either of the cards, personaly i would go for the low profile card as i don't think your case has much room in it. If you do upgrade as well as possibly upgrading the psu you should also check for any increase in heat in the case as both cards(the 4670 more than the 5570) will generate more heat.

The upgrade cards that Dell lists for your PC are all low-profile:

Graphics Cards : Computer Components | Dell

(I recommend buying any card elsewhere, as Dell's prices are very high.)

They also must be compatible with its 300W power supply, unless you're prepared to upgrade that as well.
