Display port signal 1923x1080

I have been having troubles with my display port monitor, and I just realized that the monitor is picking up 1923x1080 60hz (thats what the HP settings say on the monitor) but according to Windows its sending out 1920x1080.
ATI Radeon 5770
I don't have CCC installed because of previous issues, any ideas why I'm getting such an odd resolution?

1923 x 1080 is the actual resolution that you are getting, most manufacturers list the resolution as 1920 x 1080 because it is a much easier number for the consumer to remember. As far as your video issues are concerned, we may need more information. When do the issues appear, how often, and what is happening?

The monitor says the input is out of range and I have to turn it off and on for it to show. My other monitor exactly the same model says it is getting 1920x1080 and it works fine. (I have 3 screens)

When does the "out of range" message occur(during start-up, starting a game, etc.). Have you updated your drivers for the card and what revision are the drivers? Are your 3 screens identical?

The drivers are up to date and two monitors are the same (left and right) the middle is the 25" version of the other two.
It says input out of range when coming out of sleep mode/booting up.
