| | Aero effect doesn't work on my Radeon X1300 :( Please help me, I've been looking for the correct driver to make aero effect on Windows 7 work but i have no luck in doing so. I have posted screen shots of my specs, I own a laptop and I just want it to look nice. Thank you in advance guys! |

| Windows 7 Ultimate x64/Windows 8 Consumer Preview x64/Ubuntu 11.04 Somewhere Over The Rainbow | Aero should work with that graphics card. You may however need to download and install the Legacy driver from the link below to enable Aero. ATI Catalyst™ Legacy Display Driver |

| | @JaidynM it doesn't work. tried version 9.8 a while ago, still doesn't work. i found other threads that they made it work using a registry hack, tried that one but still no luck. should i install the default wddm from ms? |
