Monitor crashes

Hi, after re-installing windows 7 home premium 32-bit, my monitor crashes every time and I need to restart the computer. I usually get a sky-blue screen, but I can also be black... I have updated all drivers, but nothing happened.
I tried going through the existing threads, but they are too many...
Can anybody point me to the right direction?
Thank you!!!

Try to replicate the same in Safe Mode

Your issue could be RAM related, run a RAM test
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Your attachment does not contain any dump files required for analysis.
Did you use any system cleaner after the crashes?

Thank you for your reply. I will run the RAM test.

In the mean time, the computer does not produce any dump files for this kind of freeze, unfortunately. This is why I am convinced it is probably related to the graphics card. I had this issue when we first bought the pc, but somehow it went away and we got stuck with another issue whereby the pc could manage to boot only after we cut the power supply, turned off the internet and restarted . To eliminate this, we formatted, re-installed everything and now we have this...
