How to Display H10p in VGA standard ?

Hello, I'm a newbie here.
Sorry, i haven't introduced myself yet, since I really need help.

I just bought Laptop ASUS A43E-VX038D. The problem is, I can't watch H10p or normal H264 without it's display got blurred, mosaic or broken... no problem with sound though... I play it with CCCP codec, and it got turned upside down, since this player is the only one who can play it now.

And also, how to erase black border on the upper and lower side of film whether in WMA, MPC, or Jetaudio so it can really fullscreen? In my previous computer, they're gone by default in windows 7, but not with this one...

Any help will be appreciated... Thanks...^^
