Windows 7 - Windows theme stutter. Noob question?

| | Windows theme stutter. Noob question? Is there any particular reason as to why the "Windows 7 Basic" theme stutters for me? etc: when dragging windows, seeing quick afterimages of the windows when dragging, slight video stutter. If i enable any Aero Theme, everything works perfectly. Totally smooth. Is the basic theme supposed to do that or something? >_> |
