Save all data that you would like to keep before doing this. Follow the clean install tutorial: Clean Install Windows 7. Read the warning before continuing. If you would like to try something else, let me know and I'll see what I can do (or whoever else pops up in here). Also, if your monitor is generic, that is fine, monitors usually don't require drivers or even need them. And, if you will, please describe to me just exactly what looks 'funny' on the monitor. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built PC (In French it is called "PC de moi") OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU Intel Core i7-3820 CPU OC @ 3.80GHz Motherboard Gigabyte G1.Assassin2 Memory 8.00GB (2GBx4) DDR3 1866MHz Graphics Card Nvidia-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 580 1.5GB SLI-soon 680 Sound Card On board Creative SB X-Fi Monitor(s) Displays acer 24" H243H Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Mouse Tek Republic Wired Laser 3600 dpi Gaming Mouse PSU Silent Pro 1000w gold 80+ Case Azza Hurrican 2000 Cooling Liquid CPU cooler & fan Hard Drives 120GB OCZ Vertex III SSD,

Alright Coolwhip899, then you might consider downloading Revo uninstaller: Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems
Use this to remove all traces of your graphics driver. If you don't want to use Revo, use control Panel's uninstall
This is the driver you will need to install for your graphics: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/...eId=2731092444
You have a laptop right? So the monitor is built-in? According to Dell, it doesn't look like your monitor gets a driver, other than the "generic" one windows provides it... | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built PC (In French it is called "PC de moi") OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU Intel Core i7-3820 CPU OC @ 3.80GHz Motherboard Gigabyte G1.Assassin2 Memory 8.00GB (2GBx4) DDR3 1866MHz Graphics Card Nvidia-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 580 1.5GB SLI-soon 680 Sound Card On board Creative SB X-Fi Monitor(s) Displays acer 24" H243H Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Mouse Tek Republic Wired Laser 3600 dpi Gaming Mouse PSU Silent Pro 1000w gold 80+ Case Azza Hurrican 2000 Cooling Liquid CPU cooler & fan Hard Drives 120GB OCZ Vertex III SSD,

Thank you that worked perfectly and it looks like it used to now. I do have one question thought, I downloaded a couple other drivers trying to fix this problem, will that effect my computer at all? | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit |

If they are the wrong drivers, yes, and usually negatively. If they are the right ones, then they shouldn't. But glad you got it fixed! | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built PC (In French it is called "PC de moi") OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU Intel Core i7-3820 CPU OC @ 3.80GHz Motherboard Gigabyte G1.Assassin2 Memory 8.00GB (2GBx4) DDR3 1866MHz Graphics Card Nvidia-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 580 1.5GB SLI-soon 680 Sound Card On board Creative SB X-Fi Monitor(s) Displays acer 24" H243H Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Mouse Tek Republic Wired Laser 3600 dpi Gaming Mouse PSU Silent Pro 1000w gold 80+ Case Azza Hurrican 2000 Cooling Liquid CPU cooler & fan Hard Drives 120GB OCZ Vertex III SSD,
