Type Device Manager in Start Search box, click on Display Adapter, then
Driver tab. Try Update
driver Automatically to connect to internet to see if there is a newer
driver.
If not choose Uninstall driver, then reboot to reinstall the driver automatically.
If this doesn't help, type msconfig in Start Search box, on Startup tab uncheck everything except AV, Apply. Then on Services tab, check the box to Hide All MS Services, then do the same as before, Apply.
After reboots see if the problem returns.
