How to disable video playback acceleration in win 7

I have notebook HP Probook 4730s and have problems playing flash and wmv videos. Both look like they are not antialiased in fullscreen, so it looks terrible. The gfx adapter is radeon hd6490m which hardware accelerates wmv and flash (youtube) videos. I've already tried three different ati drivers and everywhere it's the same. The other video formats play fine. So my question is how to disable video playback acceleration on ati card, or how to disable it in windows 7, because I've already tried everything and really cannot solve this issue. I have windows 7 home premium 64 bit. Thanks in advance to all for response.

edit: so I manually switched to intel hd gfx adapter and the problem didn't solve, so now i really don't know what it could be. Just wmv and flash videos playback is corrupted, i have no idea what now....

Maybe the wmv and flv video files are corrupted or poorly converted.
because as what you've mentioned it only happens on that video and not the other.

how about other wmv/flv video files you have, does it act like it also?
what player did u used to play those files? have you tried VLC?

how about setting optimal performance on your video settings?

Did you played the videos saved in your PC or is it streamed on your browser?
If its streamed online on your browser try updating your flash player.

The CCC should have options under Video, Video Settings.

On flash video, right click on the video and go to settings, to disable hardware acceleration.

In CCC in video settings I have unmark to apply these settings on internet videos, and in flash player I disabled hardware acceleration, and it is still the same....

edit: on youtube in flash player I have corrupted also graphics under the video .. the numbers showing resolution, the mark to play fullscreen are not antialiased, it is jerky. Also characters in flash player menu that shows when I right click then i click settings is not antialiased...

edit2: I've manually switched graphics to intel HD adapter and the problem is the same, it cannot be the ati card, it looks like the problem is somewhere in Windows.

Thanks for your advice, but it didn't help. But I've downloaded some other movies in HD wmv and it was ok, so the problem is probably in the adobe flash player I have the latest version so I need to wait for next release......but still don't know why the picture is corrupted also in original Windows 7 wmv demonstration videoclip.

I would try to update the Video drivers to latest; or I would install the video driver version that was used before that was working very well...

flash player addon is for viewing online streaming videos, and also your problem is viewing WMV files localy so, I think that is related to your video card/drivers or your media player...

also, as you mentioned you played it in mediaplayer; what mediaplayer? is it Windows Media Player 12? or mediaplayer classic?

I would also recommend to use VLC or if you prefer to use Windows Media Player 12, try Shark007 codec pack

Try Internet Explorer 9 browser to see if its also corrupted.

I probably have something wrong in Windows with antialiasing, because also Hewlett Packard software tools like HP power assistant have badly or unantialiased text characters in their tool windows. Can somebody advice me with this issue ?

edit: I have reinstalled all drivers supported by hewlet packard except driver for integrated intel hd graphics because the instalator program I've downloaded from HP website always says that my hardware doesn't meet the minimal hardware requirements and the driver instalator from intel website says that I have newer driver already installed.
