Windows 7 - ATI Radeon HD 4200 Wobbles

Hi,

i got in a trade my Laptop which is a Toshiba Satellite L650D-038 ( Not Sure about the -038 ) and i got it with Windows Vista 64Bit and erreased it for installing Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit what worked all very well but when the windows installation finished i noticed that the driver for the graphic card was not installed and also the wireless and ethernet driver was not installed so i checked in different forums and find out that the drivers doesnt come with windows 7 for this Laptop so i got the respective drivers all from the respective publishers and install them. The glitch or Wobbles happens all the time in games in browsers at Word and also here by making this question in the forum, it stops or freezes like 2-6 seconds and then goes on like nothing and then like 1-2 min later it comes again or also earlier. I installed already the drivers from the publishers and also the ones from Windows Update but noon helped me really. I am a Computer maniac so i know quite much about software and hardware since i fix computers professional but just for fun and for friends and friends of friends but this is my first time that i have no idea whats happening or what could be the problem so i hope someone can help me here please.

Best place to get the drivers for that laptop is from Toshiba. Go here,

Toshiba of Canada Limited - Drivers and Downloads

select Notebook - Satellite - L650D. I'm guessing the part number is PSK1NC-03800S, which has the full list of drivers for it for both Windows 7 32 bit and 64 bit; including the video, ethernet, wireless, as well as the audio which isn't installed (currently showing as having just the default Microsoft driver and not the proper audio driver).

thanks a lot for the nice welcome. I will tray those drivers out and hope it will work :-) I already used the drivers from EU for my Laptop but from AMD and from the Toshiba web page but from EU and USA but non solved the problem. Lets hope that yours will :-) Thanks a lot and take care

HI ok i tryed what you recomended to me but it seams that the problem is the same, its still lagging and taking to long to process normal tasks like open word or browser or load a page in a browser and all the time the lagg :-( I am really unlucky right now since i have no idea what to do!!!
