    Which one do you recommend I use on my Laptop ?

    Hello George,

    Does it do anything different with either option?

    If you test them, be sure to only use the "Apply" button in case you lose video afterwards, and you can let it revert back automatically in 15 seconds of just letting it sit there.

    I should have said it was the display setting as in my image. Just tried it, it can't be changed.
