using to dvi to vga adapters and an amd eyefinity recomended displayport to vga adapter

in a previous post follow the links i gave they tell you how to post this type of error and you will get expert help better in that thread for bsod it will get seen better

artifacts? screen flicker...
Sometimes fingernail-sized parts of my screen flicker. Are these called artifacts? They smooth out when I drag the mouse pointer over them. My drivers are as new as can be.
