Making it easier to switch from one display to another

Hey guys I have an AMD ATI graphics, HD4650.
Anyways i remember a long time ago I had a desktop shortcut called Movie Time and Desktop Only. These were created trough ATI Control Center. That was a few years back. After the last few updates, i can't seem to figuere out how to make my presets work.

Is there any tutorial regarding this issue.

I need a desktop shortcut that when clicked on, my main and only display is my desktop.
I need a desktop shortcut that when clicked on my main and only display is my HDTV.

I can switch back and forth at moment but it requires accesing CCC, waiting for it to load. Switching to the right menu, and so on. Too many clicks and loads.
Sorry i know this sounds really extremely simple
