    Hi Prabhjot ,
Can you tell us when this problem occured ? Did it eventually happen after having modified the DPI or screen resolution ? Could you try to remember if updates had previously been installed or any other modification you made ?
Do you have the W7 install disc ? Since using the upgrade option does not seem to help , is it a problem for you to reinstall a new fresh version of W7 on your machine ?
    Regards ,

    Hi Prabhjot ,

It seems strange to me that no system restore will make it in your case .
I'm not a professional but I think you should go to the following site where they say :

" Microsoft has released a new utility "Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool" which allows you to create a bootable USB drive to install Windows 7. It also allows you to create bootable DVD." :

Create Windows 7 Bootable USB Drive or DVD Using Official “Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool” from Microsoft - Tweaking with Vishal

If this unfortunately does not work and not being an expert , the only way to fix the issue in my case would be to purchase the install disc . It helpt me several times allready .

    Good luck to you ,
    Regards ,

    Hello fanaudi,

I have all the files of window 7 but i don't have any ISO file with it . I tried to make iso image with Vlite but it makes an invalid image and it doesnot work.
I have "Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool" but it needs an ISO file and i have no iso file thats why I cannot proceed further.

I also tried other softwares that make a bootable image with the files but it doesnot help me. Please see screenshot of the files I have (in PIC ) and tell me how can i make a bootable image from these files.

    Thank You ,
    Prabhjot
