| | Yeah I am on Ultimate 64bit but I just have access to Basic Theme. I am one step closer to just repairing it with a DVD. |

| | SOLVED: I copied the Theme folder from other x64 Windows 7 again and this time it worked. There was no difference in copy approach compared to the first time i copied the same files. I will post the list of files i copied later on, right now I want to thank everybody who put their time and effort to help me. |
