Well the previous GPU 9500GT was using VGA too so I think it was already set on VGA.

Have you tried resetting the BIOS to its factory defaults? You can do this quite easily by removing the CR2032 coin-cell battery for a few minutes and then replacing it.
DVI to D-Sub by the way
One more question, did you remove the old drivers, shut down the comp, take out the old vid card, install the new vid card, then install the latest drivers 295.73, custom install haveing all boxes checked including the box remove all old drivers.
I do not see this CR2032 battery on my mobo, where os it exactly located
I still had the old drivers installed of the 9500 GT.
Oh and when I start the PC it just shows No signal. So no BIOS or whatsoever
What is the make and model of the card and the motherboard.
There are 2 connections for that card, both on the edge of the card you shouldn't need to connect anything to the main board, the PCIe channels get their power from the main 24 pin connector block (it used to be 20 until PCIe came along).
I don't think you have things plugged in properly.
Both the GPU and mobo is ASUS
There are 2 PCI-E slots which I connected them with also
Battery didn't do the trick
