The short and sweet answer is none. The video in that laptop is soldered to the motherboard is is not upgradeable. Even if it was socketed thereby allowing it to be upgraded, it isn't like you can just go into any computer store and buy a video card for it. Also it is highly unlikely that the laptop battery/power supply would even be able to run something made today. That and the thermal design of the laptop would probably pretty much ensure that it would either cook itself or the entire laptop.
Sorryto say but if you want a laptop capable of playing today's games, you're going to have to buy a new laptop.
