Generally, PSU requirements for video cards are way overstated.
For example, Tom's Hardware FurMark load power draw tests for the 5450 drew 118W TOTAL SYSTEM DRAW running an I5 2500k overclocked to 4.0Ghz including 4GB ram.
The 6450 drew 135W under the same conditions. Idle card power draw is 25W or less for both cards.
It appears your "stock" power supply is 300W. I would consider the age of your system and the fact that HP, in general, does not use 80+ rated power supplies on your decision whether or not to upgrade your PS. I would not hesitate to replace
a PS over three years old.
If in doubt, save up a few dollars and get a 400W, 80+ Bronze PS from a major manufacturer. They are cheap insurance to a well running computer.

thats a good one easy to fit and guess what im using it for one of my rigs and it runs a vid card 4 drives and 4 fans plus the mb
the same psu that you asked about i am using. my computer is running a graphics card 4 hard drives 4 cooling fans plus the power to the motherboard so yes i think it will run your computer ok
