Sorry to say there is not now and never will be a Windows 7 driver for that Intel graphics. It is just too old and doesn't have the necessary hardware (or much else) for Intel to have continued support for it, and they dropped support a long time ago. The best you're going to get is the last XP driver, and likely have to use compatibility mode,

Compatibility Mode

to get it to install. And no Aero will not work with and there is nothing you can do to get it to work.

Fixed problem with old drivers, I installed it using compatibility for Windows XP Service Pack 3

i have installed dual boot with my pc XP 32bit and 7 Ult 32bit and a PCIE ait radeon x1600 with 512Mb memory.. problem is when i boot with 7 my video graphic card in "dxdiag" registers about 1200+ of memory while when i boot with windows xp with drivers loaded it only stays with 512Mb of memory....
