What vid card would be an upgrade from HD 2000?

I have an ECS H61H2-M2 mobo with a G620 cpu. Makes a nice budget rig, but I was thinking of using it as an HTPC in the near future. It only has a VGA out right now. What would be a good video card to upgrade to with HDMI and DVI? Low profile and fanless would be optimal but not mandatory.

Newegg.com - XFX HD-645X-ZQH2 Radeon HD 6450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card

Low profile, fan-less ,needs 400 watt power supply....Must register within 30 days on the XFX site for the warranty
