Windows DVD Movie Maker - Video card error.

I'm trying to open my windows DVD movie maker and it's not allowing me. It's stating that the video card doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

So far I've tried just going online to update the drivers? But to be honest I haven't got a clue what I'm doing.

Can anyone help? Talk me through what I need to do?

I would be most grateful - thank you
