According to this: Power Consumption And Temperature : Nvidia GeForce GTX 460: the idle temp is a little high, but the load temp is is right on. Your 460 is the bottom two listed in the lower graph. Notice the different ram sizes.
I wouldn't be concerned unless you start to see regular temps in the 90 to 100 c range.

Do you have adjustable fan speeds? Don't go under 40% at idle.
