Getting Driver for ATI Radeon 9800 Pro

Okay ive been searching the internet (and this forum :)) for a driver for my ATI Radeon 9800 Pro.

I know its an old card.. but its still decent.
ATI have put it under the Legacy support list? but if i try and install that.. Windows 7 wants to tell me that the Microsoft Corporation WDDM Driver is better and wont let me install it.

is there a work around this?
And is it possible to get Aero Support with this Graphics card?

Any help will be really appreciated, ive tried searching this forum with no luck.

    Thanks,
    maattt

The setup installer saves the files to C:/ATI/support/

i then load the drivers from there?

but when i try to do this manually.. the 9800 Pro is not listed in the .inf file..

Do you have setup.exe in that C:/ATI folder

yeah ive ran that and the install manager thing comes up and.. on the log it says:

Error messages Driver Install: the driver package does not specify a hardware identifier

this is the 9.3 Catalyst straight from the ATI site where it says the 9800 series is supported.

Any Suggestions? and Thanks for everyones support so far.. appreciated.
