What graphics card and PSU would you recommend for the CPU I have?

Im running a Pentium Dual-Core E5300 @ 2.60GHz and I am looking into purchasing a graphics card for mid level gaming. I also need to upgrade my PSU to handle the new graphics card. Any recommendations for a card that goes well with my CPU?

How much money can you pay for them?

I think ATI 4670/5670 and CM 350W is ok. See my specs, play good COD6 Medium setting 5x fps

I believe the idea was to get your motherboard make and model to see what available PCI\PCIe slots you have, for example.
