Windows 7 - Screen Resolution opening on Startup

| | Screen Resolution opening on Startup Every time I boot up the computer the screen resolution panel from the Control Panel is open on the desktop. I've checked in the startup folder and it's not on the list of things to open. I'm running multiple screens, 2 off a Nvidia GeForce 9600 and one off a EVGA USB connection. Have the latest drivers for both although I suspect the GeForce driver is pretty buggy. Any idea what else to try? Thanks for any help. |
