Catalyst control center wont install with the newest drivers

My catalyst control center was bugged so i decided to just do a complete uninstallation, which was successful. When i went to do the fresh install, the install manager would not give me the option of install the catalyst control center even though i uninstalled it. i have been looking through various fourms for solutions, but i only found one that seemed appropriate but it failed. it was the solution of looking in windows\assembly and uninstalling the ATI related products with the public key code of 90ba70f846762.

    Welcome to the forum Carick
you didn't mention what type of ATI card you have to surch for the prob.
In the public key code usually there must be a 16 alpha numeric code and not 13.
And there must be two public keys related to ATI :ATICCCOM & ATIXCLIB.
    Be careful.
    Good luck
