    Signal out of range?

So anytime I play wow after a few minutes to a couple hours my computer will freeze up, sound will loop and the screen will say signal out of range, set to 1680 X 1050 at 60hz. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but my Nivida Geforce 555 already has these settings.

I'm using windows 7 and I can't change my monitor(display) settings to 60, it reverts back to 59 because of some rounding thing windows 7 dose. Because of this wow also locks to 59 hz even though the nvida settings are 60hz, due to the monitor. Is there any way to lock ether wow or the monitor settings to 60hz to stop it from crashing?

    I use a 2208wfp monitor from dell.
I use a Nvida Geforce 555 video card.
I use windows 7 home premium.
I have reinstaled my video drives and updated them.
It crashes like this on TF2 also but not Lol.

    Any advice would be fantastic.

Maybe there's a piece of software to force my refresh rate? Anything at this point would be helpful.

    Hello, Jeff.

First, are you getting any blue screens?

Second, are you changing the setting via Nvidia Control Panel?

Third, Please properly fill in your system specs tab.

    Thanks,

    James

Usually you can set the input range on the monitor's OSD, giving limits at the lower and higher end. If you could get the monitor to accept 59, it will be ok.
