What's the most common setting?
I have this problem after changing locale for non-Unicode programs changing the size doesn't help. Here is partial solution to the problem (because I still have some minor problems)

Odd Display? Problem
Hi. I have a new Dell Studio 1537 Laptop. It came with Vista but I have done a clean install of Windows 7 32 bit. There is a strange problem. At certain times in certain progrems the pixels "lag" causing a disjointed & difficult to read screen. It is best explained in the screenshot I've attached....

I have a strange annoying display problem. basically my windows and the desktop and such do not automatically refresh themselves like they usually do. For example i deleted a folder sending it to the recycle bin. it still goes to the recycle bin however it is still shown in its previous location...
