Comments about Nvidia GeForce GTX 220 Ti (fermi)?

I'm considering buying an Nvidia GeForce GTX 220 Ti (fermi) video card. Has anyone here had experience with this card? This would be used on an Asus M4N98TD EVO motherboard. Don't need anything fancy (not a gamer) but need something for high resolution CAD work.

Any hints or tips would be appreciated.

    Thanks, Tom

If you mean GT 220, it's not a Fermi card. (4xx and 5xx cards.)

I can't speak to the utility of using a low-end consumer card to support CAD applications. The machines I see at work that are intended for CAD use nVidia Quadro cards. The low-end cards in that series cost around $100 (at www.newegg.com, for example).
