ATI lost me as a customer even before AMD purchased the company. Based on your brief post, I would suggest you remove all traces of the driver in question and stick with the default Windows driver. I am assuming you downloaded this driver from the AMD/ATI web site? Correct me if wrong?
In this thread, the "original poster" solved his ATI driver problem with a different brand video card.

Question: Is your Radeon 9200 ATI branded or is it from another brand?
