Okay, so I have tried looking at plenty of other threads on various websites and nothing has been the same as my issue.
I start up the computer and it is super fast, everything is running just how it should be things start up very quickly when I click on them. but then I start playing a game or watching Netflix. or just something along the lines of that and it works fine for about five minutes or so and then BAM! it just slows down. and not just slow but like frame by frame to the point where I can't even close the process. I tried updating my video display drivers and I even tried updating the chip-set drivers nothing works and this issue is really starting to frustrate me. The specs are listed below please let me know if you can help.

Perhaps this could not solve your issue, but I had the same sluggish system issue often, to the point that I wasn't able to close or open anything, the cursor frozen and then would move again only to freeze again.
Just when I was about to perform a Windows repair, I try connecting the HDD to a different PSU's power connector, and that solved my issue, it has not happened anymore.
I hope you find your solution.

2.The only recent changes was when i added a super anti spyware program to keep my computer safe but that was almost a year ago and it is obviously not the problem.

This has never come up in any other reports but it appears that my graphics card is 105 degrees Celsius....
I could very well see this being my problem but as far as I can tell my fans are all working properly so how would I resolve this?

5. resmon screenshot below

6-7. my antivirus software is called super anti spyware free edition. we have it on all of the computers in our house and it works perfectly fine.

First, your GPU is running WAY too hot. Install GPUz to monitor GPU. Install this to stress it.
Second, SAS free, is NOT an anti virus program. You need to download Microsoft Security Essentials and do a full scan. Also, you need to download Malwarebytes Free and run a full scan on all of your accounts.

Post back your results.

After further review your GeForce 9100 is more than likely the issue. I found thousands of posts about the very same issue by Googling "nvidia geforce 9100 overheating slowing computer". You should still do the other steps I have outlined for you, as they are necessary. But I am almost certain that your issue is the GeForce 9100. Is this an HP laptop or Desktop? What model?

Excellent! And Microsoft Security Essentials?

I installed Microsoft security essentials but it says it will not run unless i have a validation process validate my windows 7 to make sure it is genuine and it says the validation services are unavailable at this time so i can't

Oh and can you lead me in the direction of a program that will allow me to control the speed at which my fans run so i can cool down my pc?

As far as the validation thing, you will need to start another thread about that here.

As far as fan control, this is something you can try. The download link is blue, second paragraph, 5th word(EDIT: lol, just realized that applied here as well. Click on my link and when it navigates you to the almico.com page, well, you get the point...).

Also, did you see my post about your PC make and model? I cannot find it on HP to get the specs. Can you give me the SKU# number off of the case sticker?

Okay, well the good news is, your PC will allow for you to install a discreet GPU. You have the PCIe x16 slot for it. Bad news is, your PSU is not sufficient to supply power to a GPU that will make you happy to play the games you want.

1. How much money are you willing to spend to resolve the current issue?
2. Are you thinking about upgrading to a newer PC down the road? If so, when and how much do you plan on investing in it?

well im not sure. shoot me a number on how much this discreet GPU would cost me?
and I am not really planning on upgrading anytime soon. i was pretty satisfied with this computer right here and if when you say "supporting the games i would like to play" i would like to say that the only game i would really ever like to play on here is called renagade X it is a new beta game at the moment and i would like to know if my computer could at least handle that one without spending alot of money upgrading.

Well, this would be a good fit for your system;
Newegg.com - EVGA SuperClocked 01G-P3-1363-KR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Newegg.com - SeaSonic S12II 430B 430W ATX12V V2.3/EPS12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
and it will definately play the game that you are referring to and will also do well with your media.

This will be cheaper and fit the basic requirements for the game;
Newegg.com - EVGA 01G-P3-1335-KR GeForce GT 430 (Fermi) 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
You MAY be able to get by with this GPU and not upgrading your PSU. My only problem with your PSUs rating, is that OEM PSUs tend to be much weaker in terms of construction. I would still recommend a solid PSU for the above GPU.
Newegg.com - SeaSonic SS-300SFD 300W SFX12V v3.1 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies
