Windows 7: HP Envy 17"

HP Envy 17-3002ea

I recently purchased HP Envy which comes with 7690M XT graphic card. The driver which came pre-installed is dated 28/11/2011. I've tried latest catalyst software to update but it gives error of unknown graphic card and driver not supported.

Does anyone know where to get latest driver for graphic card or they simply do not exist at this time.

Thanks

As a long time HP user, at the moment two HP Envy 17 laptops (see specs) I recommend you use for motherboard and GPU only drivers supplied by HP.

Go to HP Support & Drivers | United Kingdom, give the exact model of your Envy for instance Hp Envy 17-3000eg and you get a download page for all latest HP drivers for your laptop.
